Region 168 - El Cajon and Rancho San Diego

Late registrations* will be accepted until September 30th or until a division is full.  A waiting list will be developed for each division once divisions are full.

1.  Complete a registration form for each child.  Directions to pre-register on-line at www.eayso.com are provided below.  Blank registration forms will also be available at Sportland Team Sports.

2.  Attach a copy of the child's birth certificate (or other age verification document) to the registration form.

     Cost: First child - $65; Second child - $55 *; additional children - $45 each *

     * Multi-child discount only applies for children living at the same address

3.  Attach a check or money order payable to El Cajon AYSO 168 for the appropriate amount.

4.  Be patient.  Once practice begins in August, each late registration takes approximately 2 weeks to process and have your child placed on a team.

*ALL LATE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A BIRTH CERIFICATE COPY OR OTHER BIRTH DATE VERIFICATION.

 Check the 2009 Fall Season Age/Division Chart for your child's appropriate division.

Directions for pre-registration:

• Select First time. Click next. Instructions will be given. Click next.
• Click Parents or Volunteers button. Type in name and phone number. Click next.
• Optional: Obtain user name and password for later use. Or click I’ll do later.
• Select Region 168.
• Follow prompts to fill in parent and player information.
• Print forms. You will need 3 copies. Click finished when done.
