SoccerFest 2009

If you want to have a booth at Soccerfest, please contact Roxy Hernandez at joseroxy@cox.net to let her know and please include the following information:
- What you want to sell
- What the money would benefit
- The price you would intend to sell the item for
- How you would intend to compensate El Cajon AYSO Region 168
- How much room you would need
- If you would need electricity
- NO FOOD ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED
SoccerFest is a party first and a fundraiser second. We get all the teams, coaches, referees, parents, and others together on a Saturday in late August to play exhibition games, provide coach and referee training for the regular season, raffle prizes, eat hot dogs, hamburgers, cookies and other goodies, do a bake sale, say hi to those we haven't seen since last season, and watch kids play on the astro-jump and rock climb.
Each year, Soccerfest is the first opportunity players have to play in their uniforms. It is also the first opportunity new referees have to play in their new uniforms.
Our volunteers do such things as buying, setting up, field painting and goal setup, cooking, serving, supervising, selling, take-down and clean-up.
Each team is responsible for donating:

Two hours of volunteer time (one hour directly before or directly after your child's game)

Two baked goods (home made or store bought)

Beverages (Please see list below by division)

U5 – 2 large bags of ice

U6 – 24 12 oz cans of Coke

U7 – 24 bottles of 12-16 oz water
-
U8 -- 24 bottles of 12-16 oz water
-
U10- 24 bottles of Gatorade (red, blue or clear)

U12- 24 bottles of Gatorade (red, blue or clear)

U14- 24 12 oz cans of Diet Coke

U16- 2 large bags of ice
-
U19- 24 12 oz cans of 7 UP
NOTE: Please do not substitute beverages. Please bring the ice at your designated game time.
